It was a great start to the season in Under 19s Div 2 last week. The trip to Gipps Road Oval to take on Wests was never going to be easy, but our Bombers stood up when it counted and powered away to a comfortable win.
It’s another tough clash on the road this week, as the young Bombers travel to Monarch Oval for a clash with Campbelltown. It’s a game between two undefeated teams, as the Blues were too strong for Penrith in their season opener; and this looks like a stronger Campbelltown team than the one we recorded big wins over last year.
But our Bombers are fresh, skilful and ready to go. This is a challenge and our Bombers are up for it.
