With the season on the line, our Reserves rose to the occasion at Kanebridge Oval last week, leading from start to finish to record a comfortable win against South-West Sydney. Winning every quarter and pulling away to win easily and keep the season alive.
The win puts our Reserves through to the Preliminary Final, and it’s a re-match with Penrith. The season for our Reserves started with a win over the Rams at home, but the Rams turned the tables at Greygums and again in the first week of the finals.
This time it’s a Sunday night game, and our Bombers will be determined to take the game this time round and giving it their best effort. And the rewards for a win are huge. For the winner, a spot in the Grand Final. For the loser, the season is over. The stakes are high; but we’re ready.
