Last Saturday out at Penrith didn’t quite go to plan four our Reserves. Leading at three quarter time, but the last quarter didn’t go our way and the Bombers suffered a narrow loss.
But they remain in third place. The spot in the finals is wrapped up, but we’re one win away from being mathematically guaranteed of the double-chance. And a win against Manly would ensure we’re not playing sudden death.
It won’t be easy. Manly sit in fifth spot on the ladder. But our Bombers had a big win when we played them at Weldon earlier in the season; and the form and ability is there to get the job done.
