Last week our Under 19s Div 2 team powered into second place, making every post a winner in a display of accurate kicking to record a comfortable win over the West Sydney Magpies.
This week we’re back at home; and in a strange quirk of a 6-team draw, we’re hosting Campbelltown again for the second time in a couple of weeks. Last time we played them it was a big win. This time round it’s an early start, and our Bombers will need to go all out with a big effort to replicate the form of last time.
This year is the first time we’ve fielded a team in this division; and finals are a real possibility if the form of recent weeks is maintained. But there’s plenty of hard work to be done to make that happen.
